2 cucumbers
1 T salt
3 T white wine vinegar
2 t sugar
2 green onions
2 chili peppers, halved, seeded
¾ cup of sour cream
¼ cup of parsley

Directions:
Directions:
Thinly slice cucumbers and sprinkle with salt. Toss and drain. Combine the vinegar, sugar, onions, and chiles. Whisk together. Combine the sour cream and parsley into the vinegar mixture.
