1 unbacked 9-inch pie shell
2 cups (16 oz. can) canned pumpkin
1 can Eagle Brand Milk
1 egg
½ tsp. salt
½ tsp. nutmeg
½ tsp. ginger
¾ tsp. cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
In large size mixing bowl, blend together all ingredients. Turn mixture into pie shell. Bake in 375º oven until sharp bladed knife inserted near center comes out clean, 50-55 minutes. Cool. Refrigerate at least 1 hour.
