2 skinless, boneless chicken breasts, halved
12 ounces egg noodles
1 large clove garlic, pressed
2 cans (10.75 ounce) condensed cream chicken soup
1 cup sour cream
Salt to taste
Ground black pepper to taste
2 cups crumbled Ritz crackers
½ cup melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
1. Poach chicken in a large pot simmering water. Cook until no longer pink in center, about 12 minutes. Remove from pot and set aside. Cut the chicken into very small pieces or shred the chicken. Bring the chicken water to a boil and cook the pasta in it, according to the package directions.
2. In a separate bowl, mix together the cream of chicken soup, sour cream, garlic, salt and pepper. Add the drained pasta and the shredded chicken, and place into a 2 qt. baking dish.
3. Melt the butter in the microwave, and mix into the crumbled cracker crumbs.
4. Bake at 350º for about 30 minutes until heated through and browned on top.
