1 c shortening
1½ c sugar
2 eggs
2 c flour
2 tsp baking powder
½ tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
Cream well by hand the shortening, sugar and eggs. Sift together flour, baking powder and salt. Gradually add to creamed mixture. Mix well. Add small amount of flour, if needed to make dough of rolling consistency. Roll out on floured board. Cut with cookie cutter. Bake at 350º until edges are faintly brown.
