1 can evaporated milk
6 ounce package apricot jello
1 #2 can of pineapple, crushed
¾ cup sugar
1 can apricot, pureed
1 8 ounce cream cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Chill evaporated milk until icy.

Combine jello, pineapple, sugar, apricots and cream cheese and cook over medium flame until all ingredients are blended.

Whip evaporated milk; fold in apricot mixture and pour into 9 x 13 pan.

Optional: top with nuts. Pecan halves work beautifully.
