1 egg beaten
½ tsp. salt
2 tbsp. milk
1 cup flour

Directions:
Directions:
Combine egg, salt, milk and enough flour to make a moderately stiff dough. Roll very thin on a lightly floured surface. Let stand 20 minutes or more if its a damp day. Roll up and slice ⅛-inch thick noodles, or slice while lying flat. Dry noodles for 2 hours or more. Drop dry noodles into boiling slated water or soup; bring to boil again. Turn heat off and allow to stand for 15 minutes with lid on.
