1 cut of brisket, trim off fat
2 /12 cup catsup
¾ cup brown sugar
1 ½ cup brown sugar
1½ cup chili suace
1½ cup wine vinegar
1½ cups water
¾ cup lemon juice
½ cup prepared mustard
1 tbsp. celery seed
4 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp. soy sauce
2 cloves garlic
dash of hot pepper sauce
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Place brisket on hot grill and brown. Make sure fat has been trimmed off. Combine ingredients for sauce, and mix well. Place browned brisket in sauce and marinate overnight. Bake at 250º-300º oven for 4 hours, covered. May be baked in covered foil pan over coals or in oven. Slice meat on diagonal to serve.
