1 egg
chili flakes
flaky salt
pepper
vinegar

Cut a slice of bread and place in a toaster

In a pot of boing water add a glug of vinegar.

With a wooden spoon, spin the water round until.

Crack the egg into the middle of swirling boiling water and cook for 3 mins

Retrieve the egg with a slotted spoon and place it on your toasted bread once it has stopped dripping water

Sprinkle with salt, pepper and chilli flakes and eat fast for a runny egg
