Cumin
Sunflower Oil

Cut the halloumi into long fingers (about 1.5cm) and pat them dry with a paper towel

In a pot fill about 3cm of oil and bring up to about 200C

Mix flour, paprika and cumin together on a plate, then roll the fries in the mixture until evenly coated

Pop the floured fingers into the oil for 3-4 mins or until the fingers are golden brown

Drain the fingers on wire rack until dry

Serve with a sprinkling of flaky salt or with a sweet chilli dipping sauce.
