1½ cup pancake flour
¼ cup yellow cornmeal
Carnation milk, diluted with half water and half milk
Hot-dogs
Skewer sticks
Directions:
Directions:
Blend dry ingredients and add carnation milk diluted half with water and half milk. Stir until you get consistency of pancake batter. Place skewer stick in end of hotdog. Roll hotdog in batter. Deep fry at 350º until golden brown.
