500g of beef mince
4 Cheese Chips
1 red onion, thinly sliced into rings
4 lettus leaves
mayonnaise
hot sauce
4 sesame seeded buns

Directions:
Directions:
Make you cheese chips, slice your vegetables and in a cup mix equal parts mayonnaise and hot sauce to make spicy mayo.

Add a pinch of salt, pepper, chilli flakes or what ever seasoning you like and mix in to the mince

Set it to a high heat for a few mins and and let it get very hot. Pour a large glug of oil into a pan and reduce to medium-high.

Take 1/4 of the mince and loosely shape into a ball. Place the ball of meat on the and smash the burger with a metal spatula or a grill press.

You want your burger to be about 4 inches across and evenly thin.
Season the burger with some salt and pepper and let it cook untouched for 2 mins.
Flip the burger and cook on the other side for 1 min

Slice and toast the buns and being to assemble your burgers

On the bottom, spread a large spoonful of the spicy mayo, the lettus leaf, smash burger, red onion, cheese disk and top of the bun

I made a poll on facebook to see what my meal would be expecting something good
What I got was a monster munch sandwich, so I made this at the same to make it a bit classier
