3 large lemons
200g of sugar
1.25L of water

Juice your lemons, if you are wanting juice with no bits, pass the lemon juice through a fine sieve

Into a jug mix the sugar, lemon juice and water. Stir thoroughly with a spoon until all the sugar has dissolved

Add some ice cubes and serve on a hot day

If you want to get fancy put some lemon rinds in the jug too
