1 c unsalted butter softened
1½ c granulated sugar
2 eggs room temperature
1 T vanilla extract
2¾ c all purpose flour
1½ tsp cream of tartar
1 tsp baking soda
⅛ tsp baking powder
½ tsp salt
Cinnamon Sugar Mixture
¼ c granulated sugar
1 T cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Whisk together the flour, cream of tartar, baking soda, and salt.

Cream the butter in a large bowl. Add the sugar and cream together with the butter until smooth.

Beat in the eggs and vanilla extract. Slowly add in the flour mixture, just until combined.

Chill for 30 minutes.

In a small bowl mix the cinnamon and sugar mixture.

Use a cookie scoop and roll the dough into uniformly sized cookie balls. Roll in the sugar mixture and place on baking sheet with parchment paper.

Bake Let cool 2 minutes.
