1 lb. ground round steak
1 lb. ground ham
1 lb. ground pork
4-6 links sausage
2 strips of bacon
5 cloves of garlic, pressed
2 tsp. minced parsley
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. seasoned slat
½ tsp. pepper
¾ cup raw rice
2-#303 cans sauerkraut
1 large head cabbage

Directions:
Directions:
Combine and grind meats together. Add seasonings and mix with raw rice. Steam whole cabbage from which core has been removed, until leaves are pliable and tender about 15 minutes. Drain and cool. Separate leaves and remove stiff middle portion of leaf. Place rounded tablespoon of mixture in leaf and roll up. Cook for one hour on bed of sauerkraut at 350º.

This is a recipe that Grandma got from a man that Grandpa worked with at Bestway in West Jordan. It was a favorite of Grandpa B's.
(Be prepared for the house to smell of cooked cabbage!!)
