2 cups of All-Purpose Flour
1 ¾ cups of sugar (divided)
2 cups of peaches, peeled and chopped
½ cup of pecans, chopped
¾ cup of milk
½ t. salt
½ t. soda
2 eggs (beaten)
¼ brown sugar
1 ½ t. butter

Directions:
Directions:
Combine flour, 1 cup of sugar, salt, soda, eggs, peaches, and pecans. Mix well. The mixture will be dry. Spoon in an 8-inch square pan. Sprinkle with Brown Sugar. Bake at 325º for 40 minutes. Combine sugar ¾ cup and milk. Bring to a boil. Add butter and boil for 5 minutes. Punch hole in the top of hot pudding. Pour the mixture into the pan with peaches and pecans.
