Step 1: Mix together in 9x9x2 inch pan - 1 Cup flour, 3/4 Cup sugar, 2 Tbsp cocoa, 2
tsp baking powder, 1/4 tsp salt make a well in center

Step 2: Add 1/2 cup milk, 2 Tbsp oil and 1 tsp vanilla to the well. Stir with a fork until all ingredients are thoroughly combined (may add some chopped nuts to this)

Step 3: Mix 1 Cup packed brown sugar with 1/3 cup cocoa powder. Sprinkle evenly over mixture (can add some mini chocolate chips if you want even more chocolate!)

Step 4: Pour 1 3/4 Cup boiling water over all DO NOT MIX in.

(Just saw where someone suggested using 3/4 cup whiskey and 1 Cup water for a more "adult" twist!)

Bake @ 350º for 40 minutes. Serve with good ice cream
