In a small bowl, mix the following and set aside:
1/2 C warm water, 4 1/2 tsp. yeast, 1 tsp. sugar

Mix the following in a separate mixing bowl:
3 C flour
3 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. salt
2 C hot water
5 tbsp. oil

Directions:
Directions:
Mix until all is moistened, then add 3 cups flour and the yeast mixture. Stir until sticky dough is formed. Let rest for 10 minutes, then stir down. Repeat 3 times, then stir down. (If using bread maker, stir on medium speed for 2 minutes each time.)

Divide dough in half. Roll into rectangle shape about 1/2" thick. Roll each half and place on greased cookie sheet. Score top with a knife.

Brush with beaten egg white and sprinkle lightly with sesame seeds. Let rise 20-25 minutes on pan.

Bake at 375º for 30-30 minutes.
