2 1/2 pounds ground beef
1 diced green pepper
1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
5 tablespoons brown sugar
1 1/4 tablespoon chili powder
2 1/2 teaspoon mustard
1 small onion finely chopped
1 1/2 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
1 1/4 cup ketchup
5 tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
4 oz tomato sauce
14 oz can of Red gold petite diced tomatoes
1/2 cup of water
10 hamburger buns

Directions:
Directions:
Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add hamburger, pepper and onion, cooking and crumbling the meat until no longer pink,then drain off the excess fat.
Once drained, add all remaining ingredients. Stir until combined and let simmer 10-15 minutes or until slighlty thickened.
Serve on toasted hamburger buns with a slice of cheese if you'd like. I used Colby or Mild Cheddar
