1 lb. Italian sausage ( take out of casing)
11/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1 red pepper, diced
1 yellow pepper, diced
1 orange pepper, diced
4 cloves garlic, pressed
1/2 cup white wine
1 can (28 oz) diced tomatoes with juice
2 tbsp parsley
1/4 cup basil
8 oz egg noodles

Directions:
Directions:
In a large heavy bottom pan, add 2 tbsp of olive oil and brown the crumbled sausage. Once browned, remove from the sausage with slotted spoon.
In the same pan with drippings, add the diced bell peppers, salt, pepper and Italian seasoning, sauté for 2 minutes.
Next add the garlic and white wine and allow it to reduce for a few minutes. Add diced tomatoes in their juice and return sausage to pan. Simmer for 5 minutes and drizzle 3/4 tbsp of olive oil and add parsley.
Prepare egg noodles according to package directions and put sausage mixture over noodles.
