Prime Rib Roast
Desired rub OR onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, and salt and pepper to taste.

Directions:
Directions:
Remove roast from refrigerator 2-3 hours before cooking. Rub outside of meat with onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, and salt and pepper to taste.

Preheat oven to 500º. Put roast on a wire rack in a heavy roasting pan.

Cook 5 minutes per pound.

When finished, turn off oven and DO NOT OPEN FOR 2 HOURS!

Remove from oven and let sit a while before slicing.
