2 Lbs Ground Beef
1/4 diced onion
1 1/2 cups of Ketchup
1/4 cup diced green
2 Tbsp yellow mustard
2 Tbsp Brown Sugar
1/2 cup water

Directions:
Directions:
Two lbs of ground beef quarter cup of chopped onion, quarter cup of chopped green bell pepper. Cook the onion and pepper with the meat to get them soft. I add like a cup or two of ketchup. A few good squirts of yellow mustard and two tablespoons of brown sugar Mix together it will be shiny and waxy. Add water and simmer for 20 minutes. Serve with a slice of cheddar cheese on the bun
