2 cups Blanched Almond Flour
1/4 cup Psyllium Husk Powder
1 tbsp Baking powder
1/2 tsp Sea salt
4 large Eggs (beaten)
1/4 cup Coconut oil (measured solid, then melted)
1/2 cup Warm water

Directions:
Directions:
Add to bread maker. Select Quick Bread setting.

This tasted good - similar to cornbread. Did not rise much at all. Tried adding 1 tablespoon of gluten - did not help. Most keto recipes separate the egg whites and whip them, slowly folding in the whites. This is what gives the airy rise to the bread.
