1 cup milk
1/2 cup sour cream
1/4 cup sugar
2 large eggs
1 tsp vanilla
1 1/2 cups flour
2 tsps baking powder
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl add milk, sour cream, sugar, eggs and vanilla

Add the flour, baking powder and salt. stir til no large lumps remain.

Melt about 1/2 tablespoon of butter in a large skillet.
Ladle the batter into the skillet making 3-4 pancakes.
Cook 3-4 minutes until bubbles appear on top of each pancake.
Flip and cook 1-2 minutes on the other side.
Repeat with the rest of the batter.
