6-7 large potatoes, peeled and sliced thin
1 cube butter
1 pint, half and half
8 tbsp. flour
1 jar Cheese Whiz
bread crumbs
salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in sauce pan. Add flour to butter, then half and half milk gradually, to make a white sauce. Add Cheese Whiz. Salt and pepper to taste. Put sliced potatoes in cake size pan. Pour cheese sauce over potatoes until completely covered. Sprinkle bread crumbs over the top of potatoes. Bake at 350º until potatoes are done, 45- an hour.
