2 lb ground turkey
1 package frozen spinach
1/2 lemon juiced
1 tspn season salt
1/4 - 1/2 cup oat flour
1 egg
1cup mozerella shredded
Oil for pan frying

Directions:
Directions:
Cook spinach with lemon juice until most of liquid is gone. Let cool.
While spinach is cooling mix all ingredients except turkey starting with 1/4 cup oat flour.
Add cooled spinach.
Mix egg with turkey and add to spinach mix and combine gently. Add addition flour if needed.

Form into patties and fry covered.
Turn when bottom is golden brown
