2 c sugar
1 tsp cloves
2 (4 oz.) jars of plum baby food
1 c nuts, chopped (optional)
1 c oil
1 tsp cinnamon
3 eggs
2 c self-rising flour
Directions:
Directions:
Mix all at once by hand. Bake 50 minutes at 350º in a greased and floured bundt pan.

*Note: you can substitute 2 cups of flour, 1 Tablespoon baking powder and 1 teaspoon salt for 2 cups of self-rising flour.
