1¼ pkg Oreos crushed
1 pkg (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 (12 oz.) Cool Whip
1 small box Instant French Vanilla pudding (prepare as box instructions)

Directions:
Crush oreos in ziploc bag with rolling pin. Cream together softened cream cheese with a little Cool whip until smooth. Fold in remaining cool whip and prepared pudding.
Put ½ crushed oreos in 9 x 13 inch pan. Spread in the pudding, cool whip and cream cheese mixture over oreos. Top with remaining oreos or serve in a newly purchased flower pot. Add silk flowers and garnish with gummy worms.
