1 pound loaf of soft french bread
2 c half and half
1 can of sweetened condensed milk
1 c milk
3 large eggs, lightly beaten
2 c sugar
1-2 hands of chopped pecans
1 can of crushed pineapple, drained
1-2 handfuls of coconut
1 T vanilla
1 tsp each almond and butter flavoring
1½ tsp ground cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Tear bread into small pieces into a large bowl. Add half and half, sweetened condensed milk. Let set 10 minutes.

Stir mixture well with a wooden spoon. Add eggs. Mix well. Spray 13 x 9 inch pan and pour mixture into pan. BAKE at 350º for 55 to 60 minutes or until pudding is firm. Remove from oven

Rum Sauce: Combine ½ c butter, 1 c sugar, ½ c half & half in heavy sauce pan, cook over medium heat stirring constantly so it doesn't burn. Bring to a boil and simmer for 5 minutes. Add 2 T rum.
