4 chicken thighs
1 can chicken broth
3 c. penne
1/2 c. mozzarella cheese, shredded
1/2 c. cheddar cheese, shredded

Alfredo sauce:
1/4 c. butter
1 c. heavy cream
1 clove garlic, crushed
1 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1/4 c. parsley, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Place 4 chicken thighs in Crock Pot with chicken broth. Season to liking. Cook on high for 4 hours or low for 6 hours.

When chicken is about done, boil penne on the stove. Place cooked noodles in a casserole dish. Shred chicken thighs. Mix in with noodles.

For Alfredo sauce, melt butter in a medium saucepan over medium low heat. Add cream and simmer for 5 minutes, then add garlic and cheese and whisk quickly, heating through. Stir in parsley.

Pour sauce over chicken and noodles in casserole dish. Mix. Sprinkle mozzarella and cheddar cheeses on top. Bake at 350 for 25 minutes.
