1½ pounds of Ground Beef
1 - medium Onion chopped
1 - 15½ ounce can of Mexican Style Corn
1 - 15½ ounce can of Mexican Style Stewed Tomatoes
1 - can of Rotel Tomatoes
2 - cans of Jalapeno Ranch Style Beans
1 - package of Taco Seasoning Mix
1 - package of Ranch Salad Dressing Mix
2 - cups of Water
1 - Tablespoon of Beef Base
Grated Cheese
Corn Chips

Directions:
Directions:
Brown ground beef and onion in a frying pan. Drain off excess fat. Mix all the ingredients, except grated cheese and corn chips in a large soup pot. Bring Soup to a boil, then simmer at least 30 to 35 minutes to blend flavors. Before serving top each bowl with grated cheese and serve with corn chips
