½ cup thousand island dressing
1 cup shredded swiss cheese
8 oz cream cheese softened
5 oz shredded beef (lunchmeat) OR 2 pkgs Carl Buddig corned beef
¾ cup sauerkraut, drained
½ cup shredded swiss cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Mix first four ingredients together and place in a pie plate.
Top with sauerkraut and swiss cheese.
Bake uncovered @ 400º for 15-20 minutes.
Serve with chips, crackers.
