1 c corn flour, sieved
1/4 c sugar
1/2 c powdered sugar
3/4 c butter, melted partially solid
1 t baking powder
1 egg
1/4 c milk
1 t vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Beat vanilla, butter, and sugars well. Add the egg and continue beating until creamy. Mix in corn flour, baking powder, and slowly add the milk. Mix gently until combined and then beat well again. Pour into a 8" round cake pan and bake for approximately 40 minutes or until cake tester comes out clean. Serve with warm butter.
