⅔ c shortening
1½ c sugar
2 eggs
2 c flour
1 tsp soda
4 T buttermilk
1 c banana
1 c pecans
1 tsp vanilla
Directions:
Directions:
Cream sugar and shortening. Add all other ingredients.

Cook in angel food cake pan. Cook at 350º until done.
