1 pkg lemon jello
1 c boiling water
3 T lemon juice
1 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese
1 c sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1 can chilled (can cream probably evaporated milk)
1 # Graham Crackers
½ c butter melted

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve jello in boiling water. Add sugar and vanilla (mix in small bowl) Add Jello mixture. Fold whipped cream into Jello. (Evaporated milk can be whipped if it's very cold and the beaters and bowl are chilled).

Crush graham crackers into fine crumbs. Melt butter and mix. Firmly pack 2/3 of mixture in bottom and sides of pan. Add filling on top of graham crackers and sprinkle with remaining crumbs. Chill several hours before serving.

This is another of Syble Dulaney's recipes. Darline and Alicia are her daughters. The recipe card mentions she got it from Mama Peggy (Frye) who was the wife of Bobby Wayne Frye for whom Bobby Wayne Aucoin was named. Bobby Wayne Frye and 'Pap', Darline's father were good friends and served together during the war.
