Turkey Spaghetti Bolognese Recipe

Spaghetti
Red onion
Courgette
Broccoli
Carrots
Garlic
Aubergine
Spring onion
Leek
Salt
Pepper
Season (of your choice)
Parmesan

Directions:
First we will boil two pots of water ready to place the spaghetti, broccoli and carrots (I put these two together) in when boiled, add a pinch of salt to the water I find it helps give more flavour to the pasta!
Whilst leaving the water to boil, start to prepare the rest of the vegetables cutting them into small lines or squares.
When finished cutting the vegetables to your choice of shape place the spaghetti, broccoli and carrots into the pots and leave to boil for 15-20 mins on a medium heat (4).
Then pre heat the pan with olive oil before putting the turkey mince on, once the turkey mince are cooking turning nice and white! Add some salt and pepper (a lot if you prefer to taste). Once all the turkey meat is cooked add all the vegetables you cut before hand adding more salt and pepper or any seasoning of your choice!
Keep stirring for a good 10-15 minutes, when the vegetables are cooked at the Bolognese sauce in and leave to cook for 12-15 minutes occasionally stirring.
Drain the broccoli and carrots adding them into the sauce when cooking.
Drain the pasta, cover once drained to keep heat from escaping keeping the pasta warm.
Taste the sauce before on preference then serve and enjoy!
Adding parmesan for the finish.
