1 8 oz Cream Cheese
3 Sticks Butter
3 Cups Sugar or 2 Cups Sugar Free Substitute plus 1 Cup Regular Sugar
6 Eggs
3 Cups Cake Flour
1 Teaspoon Vanilla
1/4 Teaspoon Salt

Directions:
Directions:
In a mixer, cream sugar butter and cream cheese well. Add eggs, one at a time, beating after each. Add vanilla. Mix together. Add salt to flour before sifting. At lower speed, add flour a little at a time. Pour into a large greased and floured stem cake pan. Place in cold oven. Bake at 300 degrees for 1 1/2 - 2 hours. Check until nothing comes out when toothpick is inserted in center. Cook in pan for 15 minutes and turn into a plate or cake board.
