1 lb cream cheese
¾ c sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
1 box vanilla wafers
1 can pie filling
1 pkg foil cup cake liners 2½ inch diameter (sweetheart brand)
Cool whip

Directions:
Directions:
Whip cheese, sugar, eggs and vanilla together. Place on vanilla wafer in bottom of cup cake liner.

Fill ¾ full with mixture. Bake 375º for 12-15 minutes until set but NOT brown. Cool 1 hour. Can be prepared a day in advance. On the day needed, top with pie filling and dot with cool whip
