Ingredients:
Ingredients:
4 cups of Blackberries
1½ cups of sugar substitute (used Stevia)
1/4 cup of fresh squeezed lemon juice
2 tablespoons of Pectin (sugarless)

Directions:
Directions:
1) Place Blackberries in medium saucepan over medium heat and add lemon juice.
2) Crush berries with a potato masher. Until desired consistency. I like there to be big chunks of fruit in my jam. So I only crushed a little.
3) Cook for about 5 minutes, or until the mixture comes to a full boil.
4) Blend (sugar substitute) and the LITE pectin in a small bowl. Then add to the berry mixture.
5) Bring back to a boil, and stir slowly until (sugar substitute) and pectin have dissolved.
6) Mix well and allow to simmer one more minute.
7) Fill clean, hot jars with the jam. Leaving 1/4 inch head space.
8) Store jam in refrigerator or hot water bath it and store on shelf.

Personal Notes:
This is a great alternative to have a healthier version. Still be able to enjoy the jam.
