1 small package chocolate chips
2 egg whites
½ cup sugar
½ teaspoon vanilla
½ cup chopped coconut
½ cup chopped walnuts
½ teaspoon vinegar
1/8 teaspoon salt

Directions:
Directions:
Melt chocolate over hot water and cool.
Beat egg whites and salt until foamy, add sugar 2 Tablespoons at a time beating after each, continue beating until mixture stands in stiff peaks.

Add vinegar and vanilla – beat well
Fold in coconut, nuts, melted chocolate
Drop from teaspoon on greased baking sheet 350 for 10 minutes
