½ cup matzah meal
¼ cup potato starch
1 pound carrots, grated
¼ cup raisins
½ cup sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
¼ cup lemon juice grated peel of one lemon
2 eggs
¼ cup margarine, melted

Directions:
Directions:
mix matzah meal and potato starch.
Add remainder of ingredients
Mix well, then stir in margarine
Pour into greased ring mold or baking dish
Bake 350 for one hour
