½ cup cocoa
¾ cup potato starch
2 cups sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup oil
4 eggs

topping:
6 ounces chocolate chips
½ cup chopped nuts
1 Tablespoon sugar
Directions:
Directions:
Combine oil and sugar. Add cocoa, potato starch, vanilla and egg.
Greased 9x12 pan.
Combine top and sprinkle on top
350* for 30 minutes.
