3 eggs
3 cups confectioners’ sugar
½ teaspoon salt
3 cups finely chopped walnuts
¾ cup matzo cake meal

Directions:
Beat the eggs until very light. Sift sugar and gradually add the 3 cups of confectioners’ sugar, mixing well. Add salt, nuts, and matzo cake meal and mix well. Drop by teaspoon onto a greased cookie sheet allowing room for spreading
Bake at 325 for about 20 minutes
