6 eggs separated
11/3 cups sugar
¼ cup orange juice
3 Tbs. lemon juice
2 tsp, grated orange rind
½ cup cake meal
½ cup potato starch
pinch of salt
1 cup finely chopped walnuts

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven 325
In a large mixing bowl, beat egg yolks until frothy, gradually add sugar and continue beating until thick.
Mix in orange and lemon juices and orange rind
Gradually stir in cake meal and potato starch
In another bowl, beat egg whites with salt until stiff but not dry
Carefully fold egg whites and nuts
Pour into an ungreased 9 inch tube pan
Bake 11/4 hours
Invert and cool before removing cake from pan
