2 cups Matzah Meal
2 cups Matzah Farfel
1 cup Sugar
½ cup brown sugar
½ cup Walnuts
2/3 cup Oil
4 large Eggs
2 teaspoons cinnamon
½ teaspoon salt
½ cup raisins

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350.
Grease a cookie sheet.
Insert metal blade.
Place matzah meal, farfel, and sugars in work bowl and pulse 2 times.
Remove to a large bowl.
Place walnuts in work bowl and pulse to chop.
Remove from bowl.
Add oil, eggs, cinnamon, and salt to work bowl, and process for 15 seconds.
Pour over dry ingredients and mix well.
Fold in raisins and walnuts
Drop by teaspoonfuls on the cookie sheet, 2 inches apart.
Bake 30 to 35 minutes.
Makes 3 to 4 dozen
