1 egg
Butter
Flaky salt
A cup(preferably with 2 handles)

Directions:
Directions:
Place the egg in a pan of cold water and bring to a boil
Keep at a boil for 4 mins to get an egg with a runny yolk (6 if you want it hard boiled)

Into the bottom of the cup place a teaspoon of butter
Cut the egg in half once cooked and scoop out the contents into the cup
With a teaspoon, cut up the egg until the butter is all melted
Sprinkle with some flaky salt and enjoy the creamy goodness

With the simplicity of the dish, try to get the best ingredients you can

Growing up when ever any of my siblings got ill
my mum would make this egg in a cup dish and put it in a hunca munca beatrix potter two handled cup
