5 Tablespoons vegetable oil
6 extra-large eggs, slightly beaten
1 cup water
¾ cup club soda (seltzer)
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
½ teaspoon sugar
1 cup matzoh meal

Directions:
Directions:
Combine 2 Tablespoons of the vegetable oil and all the other ingredients in a large bowl, and whisk until well blended. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 6 to 8 hours.
Heat the oven to 375 degrees. Grease a 6 cup soufflé or baking dish with the remaining 3 Tablespoons vegetable oil, and place it in the oven for 10 minutes to heat.
Pour the chilled batter into the hot baking dish. Bake in the center of the oven for about 1 hour until golden brown. Makes 8 servings.
