12 eggs separated
2 cup sugar
11/2 tsp. cinnamon
¼ tsp. cloves
1/3 cup wine
11/2 cup matza cake flour
1 cup chopped nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Beat egg yolks and sugar until light
Add spices, wine, nuts and cake meal
Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites
Bake 325 for 1 hour
