Carrots 2lb. bag
Cut in chunks
Water
Salt
Sugar
Cinnamon
Beef Stew
Matza Meal
Directions:
Directions:
Honey Beef

Sweet Potatoes - 3 or 4
Carrots 2lb. bag
Cut in chunks

Go light on water
Cover with water – Boil
Pinch of salt
Cook (Not Mush – Hard)

Simmer:
Add a lot sugar, cinnamon
Uncover and let water evaporate
Put in stew meat as water starts disappearing

Taste
Add matza Meal to thicken
