3 bay leaves
1 thinly sliced onion
¼ cup vegetable oil
1½ teaspoon Paula Deen house seasoning (Recipe, See Below and in Miscellaneous)
1 - 3 pound boneless chuck roast
- 4 crushed bouillon cubes or the equivalent in liquid, paste, or Better Than Bouillon™
2 cloves crushed garlic
1 - 10¾ ounce condensed cream of mushroom soup
½ cup Chardonnay wine

Directions:
Directions:
Sprinkle roast on all sides with house seasoning. Using a skillet over high heat, sear roast on all sides until brown in oil. Place roast in a crock pot, and layer onions, bay leaves, bouillon, garlic, and cream of mushroom soup. Add the Chardonnay and cover with enough water to cover all the ingredients. Cook on the low setting for 8 hours.

1 cup salt
1/4 cup black pepper
1/4 cup garlic salt

Mix this and store in an airtight container.
