1/2 cup spinach
1 cup artichoke hearts
8 oz cream cheese
2 Tablespoons butter
1/2 cup fresh grated Parmesan cheese
2 cloves fresh garlic crushed

Directions:
Directions:
Finely chop spinach ad artichoke. Add all ingredients together in small slow cooker. Stir occasionally until warmed through.

Serve with vegetable sticks, or warm bread.

There is not a particular story with this recipe. I have made it on several occasions as an appetizer for big groups. It's always a hit!
